Acupuncture

I just discovered one piece of good news: my insurance partially covers accupuncture. There are actually several sites near my town that offer it. For anyone that does this, how do I go about finding a *good* acupuncturist? At what point in your cycle is the best time to start?

i called around last week and decided that i would go to one down the block from my office and see if i like him. i did. he is an herbalist and acupuncturist. he asked to see all my hormone and bloodwork from my ob and said i shld come in twice a week. i dont know if he's the best but i would be interested in hearing other ppls advice to u.

good luck to u!

Make sure they are a certified TCM practitioner, not just an acupuncturist. TCM includes herbs and diet as well as acupuncture. Great that your insurance covers acupuncture!
