I suddenly can't access any forums unless im signed in, has something changed?

This has been for the last few days-week. If I'm not logged in, NO forums at all come up, it's like a blank main page. Then when Im logged in I can see all the forums listed again....is it just me?

It happens to me too when I'm on the puter at work using internet explorer. Not sure which version it is, maybe it needs an update...?

IE6 does the same for me when not logged in. I normally use firefox which is fine whether logged in or not.

I've found the same thing true at work the past few weeks, which is a bummer! I don't want to sign in because of the whole "big brother" aka my employer (lol) but honestly, we DO have down-time and it's nice to browse. It would just be nice to be able to do it without them knowing "Ah, it's feminist~mama on MDC..."

IE is also showing errors when not logged in. It looks like something might be buggy with the ads.

I'm not the PP, but I'm going to guess that it's because then people google searching for your user name (if you're using one you use elsewhere) can't see what you post without creating a log-in.
