My dd has done such a good job moving from our bed to her own room so we told her she could pick out a special new doll. She has been eyeing both the American Girl 18" dolls and a real waldorf doll for a while so we let her choose which one she wanted and she chose the Waldorf doll. When I ordered it I ordered her the 18" because I figured it would be the same size as the American Girl doll. Now I'm a bit nervous because I've been reading that the 18" Waldorf dolls are more designed for school aged children. Did I order way to big of a doll? I'm getting it custom made and I'm worried it's going to get here and she won't play with it because it will end up being too big for her.

So what size dolls do your 3 1/2 year olds play with? She has several "baby" dolls but has wanted a little girl doll for a very long time.
