Are the coupons in my digital subscription good?

I subscribe to the digital version of Mothering because it's the greenest way for me to get my Mothering fix, but I was wondering if anyone knew if that means I don't the perk of using the coupons?

I'd love to use the Bum Genius coupon in my digital magazine but are they any good if I print them out?

I checked on that and it does appear that you would need the hard copy, not something printed off the digital.
