Remember Me

Has anybody seen it yet? I took my little sister to see it tonight, and I was absolutely blown away by how awesome it was. I'm a huge movie snob, and expected to label it as "cheesy movie that was made watchable because of man-candy," but I loved it. It reminded me much more of an indie movie than a mainstream movie, and the acting was great...very understated. It was very, very realistic, which made me love it even more. I'm a huge fan of realistic love stories, which is why 500 Days of Summer is my favorite movie

I was bad, and read the spoiler (what happens near the end) on Perez a few weeks ago. I was upset, thinking I'd ruined the movie for myself, but now I'm SO happy I knew ahead of time...I feel like it really is what let me enjoy the movie, and it was already so different from what the previews made it seem like.

I've had the same opinion, and I'm glad to know it's a misconception. Hopefully I can get my husband to agree to go with me to see it this week.

I'd like to see this. Will you please PM the ending to me. I don't do well with really sad endings would rather know ahead of time if it's gonna be traumatic.

I would like to see this one! Now that I heard a review from someone with similar movie tastes I'm excited to go. Thanks for sharing!

I saw it yesterday and LOVED it. I, too, expected to enjoy it mainly for the eye-candy but it turned out to be so much more intense and solid than I imagined. The previews really gave no indication of how deep and amazing this movie is. I did not know the twist. I suspected something about that particular event was involved based on something matt lauer said in an interview with Rob but I was WAY off base as to how it would play out. (Trying to be vague enough not to spoil.)

When they showed the chalkboard near the end....Oh man oh man oh man. That's when I knew.

I saw it the day it came out. Loved it...I was shocked at the end. Though I started putting the pieces together, cause I knew something was going to happen. What with the music, the title, heck there were even early hints!

I think RP acted similar to Edward. I guess he's not that dynamic. But overall I think it was a good movie.
