baby food storage?

When I make and freeze leftovers for my baby (and store breastmilk in the freezer) I've always used the 4oz Ball glass canning jars. Now I find that the lids contain BPA! I'm angry and sad. I need to figure out either a replacement storage idea or new lids. Does anyone have any ideas?

I just used glass jars from jams, mayo etc. I did not think of it as a corcern as long as the food did not touch the lid.
