I just came from my usual round at fitday.com and thought i'd come straight over here and start a food thread for those interested in being accountable amongst their peers.
I tend to eat sort of crappy on the weekends! During the week I eat about 5 fruits, drink a ton of water and get lots of protein...the weekend though...well do swedish berries count as fruit?!?
Fibre one cereal with skim milk(What I eat 6 out of 7 mornings.)
Grilled cheese on cheese bread.
Sweet and Saltines which I foolishly made yesterday and am making DH bring to his work tomorrow so they are gone from my fridge! Seriously what was I thinking making toffee and chocolate covered saltines?!?
