Hmm, well yesterday I had an angus burger and fries from McD and chicken parmigano and breadsticks for dinner. And a cadbury egg My m/s is mostly gone but I still don't want to eat, blah.

I've been eating decently, but totally blew it this am. Had a massive craving for a fast food bacon, egg & cheese bicuit - I'm almost afraid to plug it into babyfit to get the nutritional info. Plus now that I ate it I'm feeling like total crap. ugh.

Breakfast:
Fiber One cereal w/ skim milk (I swear I could eat this all day long and be happy!)
greek yogurt w/ bluberries and flax seed

Snacks:
banana
dried apricots
plain popcorn w/ olive oil

Lunch:
(brought from home) Fried egg w/ cheddar on ww english muffin
(later lunch if I'm hungry) scrambled eggs on corn tortilla

Dinner:
homemade Mexican casserole dip w/ black beans, roasted corn, pepper jack and monterey jack cheese, eaten with corn tortillas

Today has been a yucky day for me, I thought my morning sickness had mostly gone away but I ate a bunch of crappy food and now I feel sick and gross.

Sill down 1.5lb from when I found out I was pregnant.

Dinner tonight will be chicken, if I can stomach to eat it. For some reason when I'm prego I HATE chicken when I cook it. I have to look at it all raw and gross then that's all I can think about when I am eating it and it always taste under cooked. I should also add some veggies and probably some V8 and maybe sweet potato.

ate at krishnas for lunch- rice and curry, papadum, lassi

pineapple, banana, passionfruit, mango smoothie

homemade superfood cacao ball: cacao, palm sugar, ground flax and ground chia, honey, maca, goji powder, acai powder, sprouted rice powder, spirulina, chlorerella, wheatgrass powder, bee pollen, and many more superfood powders ingredients.

spinach pasta with veg sauce.

Im sure I will be craving a massive steak any day now.

I have been doing better the past couple days... No fast food at least!! I am not very good at figuring out healthy easy food options but I'm working it!! Today I had:

b- frosted mini wheats with skim milk
l- baked beans, 2 hard boiled eggs and a plum
s- 2 small tortillas with melted cheese and salsa
d- garlic pepper pork, baked potatoe and corn

Today was better. We were out all day so we had chick fil a for lunch (nuggets and a fruit cup, unsweetened tea) and for snack at our homeschool co-op the girls and I had rye crackers with hummus. Dinner is cheesy ham and potato bake, which is high in saturated fat, but it's homemade so it's all real, whole food

b - bowl of raisin bran (1.5 servings)
s - apple sauce (1 - 1.5 servings)
l - a 350 calorie frozen dinner with potatos, green beans and some beef with a little sauce.
s - a whole mango
d - probably another microwavable meal because lunch was actually quite delicious and not as unhealthy as it could have been.

wholemeal homemade pancakes with organic milk and farm eggs
with butter and honey as a spread

wholemeal wraps with vegemite and cheese

Turkey foccaccia, turkey, spinach, avocado, tomato, onion, dijonaise, corriander,

rice cake with tatziki

chicken stirfry with tumeric infused rice

raw cacao ball- herbal tea with honey , lots of water

Lol, I just have to add to this thread that I hovered in the chef boyardee aisle in front of the raviolis and spaghetti and meatballs at target for like 15 minutes, reading the ingredients, getting disgusted, wealking away, then going back and putting it in my cart...then taking it out and setting it on a shelf, LOL! I ended up getting a can of Annies raviolis, and they were GROSS. I regret not getting the damn chef boyardee!

got my weight checked yesterday and lost 2 pounds from my 5 lb pregnancy gain. but i was up 7 lbs. from my normal weight right before i got pregnant (due to the holidays) so i'm not worried.

s: diet sprite, crystal light, one serving ginger snaps with 10 oz milk
l: 4 pieces from a california roll and 3 pieces of sashimi (don't tell my husband)
s: 12 oz milk
d: small serving of cheese stuffed ravioli with green beans
s: a regular coke...probably 16 oz.

yucky, nausea filled day. meat sounds completely disgusting atm (last nights steak tasted less than good to me), so carbs it seems to be.

few ww crackers before getting out of bed.

(waited too long to eat ((noon)) then over ate) 3 c. corn flakes w/ 2 c. skim.

2 c. applesauce.

crackers and banana

2 c. mini wheats, 1 c. skim.

ww crackers and cheese

do ya think i'm begging for diabetes? (good thing i'm a healthy weight and not prone!)

I definitely do worse on weekends... well, more specifically on days we do things with friends!! We always bbq and have like, potluck kinda dinner get togethers and there is always so much good food!! I definitely did WAY better than normal, good serving size control but just a lot of unhealthy choices Today was ok tho... besides lunch

B- frosted mini wheats with milk
L- potato salad, pasta chicken salad w/green beans, hot dog on bun w/ketchup, carrot cake, some veggies
D- honey bunches of oats with milk
S- boiled egg

I'm going to list yesterday's menu, because I've only had breakfast so far today.

B: 5 homemade banana-oatmeal pancakes w/ butter and brown sugar , glass of water, glass of orange juice

S: water

L: whole wheat macaroni and cheese with frozen peas and canned chicken, side salad and italian dressing, glass of water

S: 3-4 bites of cold leftover steak from the fridge, glass of water

D: another bowl of mac n' cheese, glass of water
