GAS/Intestinal Pain?

Does anyone else get this? It feels like the baby is literally twisting up my intestines or colon.....it is practically unbearable...the worse 'gas' pains of my life.....I know it's NOT labor....it really is gas or something to do with intestines...it's just in one area and worse when baby moves..It woke me up and has been going on for about an hour and a half now. It seems to be better when I walk around or get on all 4's...but with the ligament pain I get it's hard to do either of those...
what do you think? Anything I can do naturally to ease this? Hopefully it goes away soon...It's a lot worse when I lay down completely, so I've been trying to sit in a comfy chair, but still in a lot of spastic pain.....

I had that during pregnancy and after too. The worst was when I got stomach flu 5 days postpartum and had what felt just like contractions all night, it was just my intestines instead of my uterus. I think the flu was much worse than normal because my intestines were still migrating back into place after the birth. Getting on all fours and rocking back and forth was the only thing I found to help.

Well it lasted about another hour and was really intense to the point I considered calling the doc, not because I thought I was in labor but really thought that much pain might be something wrong.....but I finally started moving some gas and had a bm and while it didn't go away entirely, it definitely improved the situation to where I was finally able to drift off....Oh, I hope this baby doesn't wait too long after the due date on Tuesday!
