quick question about RAST

We are vegetarian, but I think that dd needs more high fat and high protein foods so I am thinking about giving her some non veg stuff. Before giving her these things at the very least I want to have a RAST done to see if any allergy shows up. I am thinking salmon, beef, chicken, lamb, and possibly other fish (any suggestions for good fish?). If dd has never been exposed to these and she is allergic to them could it still show up in her blood test? I know the blood test isn't 100% accurate, but I am just wondering if previous exposure is necessary. In case it matters, she is almost 3 and has known allergies to cow's and goat's milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, wheat, bananas, avocados, coconut, zucchini, eggplant, and white potato. Thanks!

Bumping this up. Just wondering if it is a waste of time to have the RAST done to test for allergies to things that DD has never ever been exposed to, neither directly nor through breastmilk.

Mine just turned up a slight allergy to beef, which he's never been exposed to, at all, ever. Then again the RAST is allegedly notorious for false positives ..
