Favorite quick / partially prepped meals?

Here are a list of ours:

Avocado & cheddar sandwich (grilled or cold)
Bean & cheese quesadillas
Pasta of any sort
Frozen potstickers
Preprepared pizza crusts + our own toppings


What are your suggestions? We really need to expand our repertoire

Also ... boxed roasted red pepper soup with add-ins like chickpeas

black bean burritos

scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast or biscuits

pancakes - sometimes with apples or bananas or chocolate chips

whole wheat pasta with simple sauce of cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk & black pepper

shrimp fettucini alfredo with jarred sauce (shrimp take just five or so minutes to cook, so this is very quick)

baked potatoes with bacon bits, butter, sour cream

turkey Ranch wraps with deli lunch meat (I make our Ranch dressing with the packets & sour cream -- so much tastier than the bottled dressing)

English muffin pizzas
