Healthy ways to gain weight??

Hello again ladies!

As I mentioned in a previous post I have recently become mostly vegetarian (kept organic eggs, cheese and occasionally fish). I have been losing weight though and don't have any to lose! I've always been built small but the diet change had me drop probably about 5 pounds. I need them back... any suggestions?

Thank you. I've been adding a green smoothie just about every other day with an avocado in it. I made some soup using coconut milk. Yum... And I'll have to remember to try out the coconut oil I bought.

Question on coconut products. My dad was saying that eating a lot of Thai coconut based soups made his cholesterol levels way high. So he was worried about me using coconut oil. He pointed out the very high saturated fats. Most things of course say saturated fats=bad. I told him I thought it was different with plant-based fats. Anyone know how that works? Wasn't really sure what to tell him.
