I've had a yeast infeciont for quite a while now, and I tried pretty much everything to get rid of it. Soda, GSE, garlic, and finally the past 2 weeks I tried two rounds of vaginal suppositories. It's definately better, but it's not completely gone, and I'm already 39 weeks, and my midwife says I'm very close to giving birth.
Should I do anything so close to delivery? I'm afraid of inserting anything in case my cervix is too ripe (although I haven't lost my mucous plug yet), but still...
What happens if I go into labour still having a yeast infection? Can it harm the baby? Should I try another round of suppositories?
