A little late posting, but finally getting around to communicating with the outside world!
Johnathon Davies was born at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 18 after what the nurses tell me was a very short labor for a first baby (I arrived at the hospital approximately 1 am).
He weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz, length 20 inches and is just perfect!!!
He's doing great and we are making it through breastfeeding.
I am in AWE of all you mamas who delivered naturally. I told myself that I was going to delay pain meds as long as possible. That turned out to be approximately 5 minutes after I arrived at the hospital!! But, it all worked out and I had a wonderful birth experience.
Congrats to all the mamas out there who have delivered since I last logged in and good luck to those who are still waiting for your little ones. I'll catch up on all the birth stories as soon as I can tear my eyes away from the baby.
