Awww.  great slideshow.  I had a homebirth turned c-section insane birth as well, and the amazing photography from my birth has been so healing.

thank you so much for posting this. I am just in the process of processing my own home birth turned c-section for "failure to progress" after 60 hours of active labor. there is grief in the loss of being able to SEE  my baby being born, and in not being able to do what my body is supposedly "made to do" . . . but the truth is that it was still a beautiful birth, with power and grace, and of course the great blessing of a beautiful healthy child. thank you for sharing your slideshow.
