Chewy Granola Bars

We go through a lot of granola bars at my house, but I don't like buying them because they are costly, and they are packed with HFCS and other yucky things I don't want my 2 year old to eat! Does anyone have a good chewy granola bar recipe that doesn't contain a lot of sugar? Thanks!

I use this recipe, but I do the following:

- 1/2 cup sugar instead of 3/4 cup
- 1/3 cup honey instead of 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup flour instead of 1 cup flour
- bake 23 minutes instead of 30+
- throw in maybe 1/2 cup peanut butter
- sub chocolate chips for raisins

We need some ideas for bars too. I stock up on the soft kashi bars when they are on sale and even better when I have a coupon. I would so rather make my own, when I get around to it...
