I had stopped bleeding completely by 4.5 weeks pp, so just shy of 6 wks I started running again. Last week I had three short but good runs with no bleeding, then yesterday I did some heavy lifting and started bleeding a bit. This morning my pad was empty so off I went to the gym and after my run noticed a small amount of bleeding again, 2 hrs post run and it has stopped.
So my question, could I be doing damage? How much bleeding is too much?
