Anyone rebounding? (mini-trampolining)

I admit, I don't like to exercise much, but I really need to now that I'm not pregnant anymore, for general health (if I lost a little weight, that would be a bonus, but since I'm breastfeeding right now, that's not even on my radar).

I've been hearing about rebounding and wanted to hear some stories from people who do it. My specific questions are:

1) Are there any dangers (other than the obvious sprains and falls)? Like, could it accelerate uterine prolapse, as an example.

2) What kind of exercises do you do...do you just bounce on it? Step? Run? Are there "routines"?

3) Is it your only cardio and what kind of results have you seen from it?

4) What rebounder do you have. It seems there are cheapie $40 ones and better $200 ones. Needak is one brand that seems to have good ratings on Amazon. Is it worth paying 6x more or will the cheaper $40 one work?

I love rebounding! I wasn't able to do it in hte last year due to space limitations.

I bounced, jogged, did jumping jacks...There are rebounding DVDs and I think even dance routines, but I stuck to the simple stuff.

It was my only cardio and I lost about 8lb in a few months of using it at least 15 min a day. I had it in my living room and would bounce for a couple of minutes many times a day, in addition to a longer session. I loved it!

Yes, yes, yes, absolutely worth it! I had a cheapo and it is just not the same. Then I ordered a Rebound-air. It is fantastic! I could just kiss it. So great. I believe Needak is basically the same, but Rebound-air was offering free delivery in my area.

I felt very secure and stable on Rebound-air. It bounced WAY better.
It gave me an overall awesome feeling.

If my space allowed it, I'd be bouncing on it every day. I miss it so much. I currently have it ouside, and can't wait for somewhat warmer weather so that the kids can be in the yard with me when I work out on it.

I just read that rebounding can help w/ uterine prolapse. I'm getting one for the kids but now realize I could benefit as well (re: uterine prolapse).
