"That baby is twice as big as you!" and other funny things people say

I seem to be getting this comment more and more as DS gets older I'm small (5 feet, 110 pounds) and DS is 10mo and nearly 20 pounds. I still wear him in the grocery store/ when we are out because it keeps him content, and I like it. But I keep getting stopped by folks who are completely baffled that I can still wear him! I've been wearing him everyday since he was a newborn so my body has grown accustomed to his weight changes- he doesn't feel heavy to me at all! I also think that (along with positive eating habits) wearing him totally helped me loose the 65 pounds I gained while pregnant!

Any other funny babywearing comments?

Seems like old times!!!! You know since lil guy was on my belly & he used to be in my belly. It was funny the way that he said it!

I'm 4'10" and get that a lot.. ds is 17.5# at 6 months (totally average). wonder what they'll think when I'm wearing him when he's a toddler.

I get a lot of 'doesn't that hurt your back?' but I find that most people only have experience with bjorn style carriers, and we all know how great they are (not).
