My PP bleeding Q...

I've read a bunch of the other questions, but of course mine has to be different...
I stopped bleeding at only 1 week pp...have not bled at all in at least 5 days.
Today it has returned HEAVY and DARK.
I normally wouldn't think much of it, but I am on blood thinners for a clot in my last pregnancy and am really worried about blood stuff now.
I guess I feel OK...tired is normal for a new mama...
I am exclusively bfing
Will call my MW tomorrow if it keeps up, but naturally things like this only happen after hours, lol

I know that mine came and went a lot...from scant to heavy and back. When I overdid it and didn't rest as much as I should, it was definitely more. I did also have a couple instances where I think I had a clot or two blocking the flow to some extent, and once that passed, I bled heavier again as well.
