arm twitching?

My almost 5 month old started having these arm spasms a few days ago. She flaps her right arm up and down between 3 and 10 times. It doesn't seem like she has control over it. It never happens with her left. In general, she seems like kind of a twitchy baby, kicks her legs a lot, rubs her feet together to get her socks off. I just went to her well-baby visit and they didn't notice anything about her movement, but the arm spasms didn't start until after that. I guess I should call the doctor about it, but does anyone know if this is normal or if I should be concerned?

If you can hold the arm down during the twitching episode then it's not neurological -- its purposeful. My baby was a twitchy baby and until she learned how to make fluid movements she looked like she was having seizures. It wasn't just with her arm, she'd do it with head shaking too..
