how do i eat this stuff?

I've had it two ways:

1. Spread onto very toasty sourdough with lots of Kerrygold butter

2. Same thing only add everything else you would to a regular turkey sandwich (minus the turkey) like greens/cheese/red pepper/whathaveyou.

So tasty!

My fav as kid was open face on rye with lots of mayo and a slice of tomato.

I smush it into celery. Or spread on a romaine leaf. I also slice and eat plain

I've only ever eaten it between two pieces of bread smeared with a little butter.

I eat it on bread with mustard, by itself with a spoon, and spread on homemade crackers.
