Tips for getting breech baby to turn

I have a friend who's due in 4-5 weeks w/ her 3rd child. She just found out he hasn't flipped head down. I'm trying to send her every tip I can to get him to turn. Please post any suggestions you have.

Does your friend have access to a doctor or midwife who performs external cephalic versions?

My last was born breech, and this one was breech until very very recently. I did nothing to turn this one, though I was going to have an ECV the day I found out the baby had turned.
