Do the minutes roll if you don't use them every month?

We have a cell now with unlimited with t-mobile, but I'm thinking of going ahead and signing up for safelink now so that if things change financially we are already good to go on it. We qualify thanks to being on FS.

not sure if it varies state by state but here in MA thre do roll over... i get 80 min/month. also if for some reason you ever need to add mins by buying a tracphone card ALWAYS ALWAYS google for tracphone promo codes... they'll give you free xtra mins... i've gotten from 60-240 mins free this way
