Fish Oil recommendation

not CLO. I have sticky blood due to an autoimmune disorder. When pregnant, I have decided to forgo anticoagulants if possible and use natural therapies and one therapy is fish oil. So I need a good clean fish oil, not cod liver oil. I want a fish oil which is from cleaner fish which is tested for purity.

I started a thread about fish oil yesterday:

I don't know what to think about the safety of fish oil anymore.

As a pregnant woman, I wonder if the large quantity of EPA would pose the same risks to your unborn child's brain development as it supposedly does to growing babies' children's brains?

The WAPF recommends taking just fermented CLO and no fish oil. When my Mom had hip surgery and my Dad had heart surgery, the doctors recommended not taking CLO because they were both on Coumadin at the time for potential blood clots - so CLO has a blood-thinning property too.

In the first post of my thread above, I linked to a site that says that Nordic Naturals tests their fish oil for PCBs and heavy metals, but that doesn't address the issue that the WAPF brings up.

I'd suggest wild salmon oil from Vital Choice. Puritytested, wildcaught, and they make it themselves, from their own catch. Made from fish heads so has high iodine. Also has the original A and D in it.
