two in cloth

Should I be washing both my 2 month olds and 2 year olds diapers together or should I wash them separately?
My two youngest are 21 months apart and I always washed them together. If one had yeast or something I may research whether it was safe to wash them together but we never had any issues so it was never a problem.

I would wash them together.

Thanks for the replies! I think I will start washing them together, too much laundry otherwise. I just wish my 2 year old diapers were as easy to wash as my 2 month old breastfeeding baby's diapers!

I had two in dipes for a while. Yikes!

I always washed together, but if I waited too long, the washer would be too full and the wouldn't get as clean. Just a heads up.

Are you using flushable liners? I find that my two-year-old's diapers are much easier to deal with when most of the poo is flushed

Having two in cloth does create quite a bit of laundry doesn't it?

I had three in diapers for ever and ever. I always washed everything together EXCEPT when one was sick. Then, I washed all of that child's stuff seperately. Not sure if it made a difference or not, probably not, but it made me feel better.

Have fun with all that laundry!
