I thought it had some interesting information and I like his take on medication, but it was nothing outstanding. We already follow or adhere to most of the ideas in the book. That said, nutrition and diet has made a huge difference for my son and I remember this book has having a good basic and low key approach.
DH found it more useful then I did.
