Anyone have a recipe for ginger dressing?

I LOVE the dressing that hibachi grills have on their salad. Naturally Fresh makes one, which you can buy at most grocery stores in the produce department. I want to try to make it from scratch, because the bottled stuff has soybean oil, which I'd like to replace with something else. Unfortunately, all the recipes online I can find for ginger dressing call for more sugar than ginger! This dressing isn't sweet at all!

Anyway, if anyone has a recipe, I'd love to see it!

I've played with this one and usually add more of whatever is lacking till it tastes yummy: Here's the basic recipe:

2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 an onion
4 o4 5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup tamari (wheat free soy sauce)
1/4 cup vinegar (rice wine, or white, or even balsamic!)
4 tbsp of toasted sesame oil

throw everything into the food processor and zuzz until dressing consistancy.

Some days I add a squeeze of lime, some days a dash of powdered ginger if it's not gingery enough... I just play with it till it's right.
