Could you give me a review? I just got my REI member's coupon and dividend check and I was thinking of buying this for DD's 2nd birthday. She is on the shorter side 31.25" at 18 months (not certain about her current height or inseam as she won't let me come near her with a tape measure or string to check.) We tried a Skuut at the store last month and her toes could touch the ground. I can't find reviews for the Raleigh anywhere. Just one at Amazon from someone who doesn't own it. (So frustrating when folks do that!) I think someone started a thread for this a while back and no one had any experience, so I thought I'd check again (maybe the original poster bought one?)
