Used BG's with covers that wick

I bought some used BG's 3.0 and got around to using them just recently. Well all of the covers wicked. One was really damp just after a 40 minute nap, the other 2 were damp after 2 hours of use.

I threw the last 2 that were damp after 2 hours in the dryer to get the PUL back in shape, but apparently that didn't work and I doubt it will work on the one that was damp after 40 minutes.

Is there anything I can do to save them or should I just toss them? I'm glad I only paid 20 for all 3.

I've used covers over mine when they got really bad but I still wanted to use them. I treated them like a fitted diaper with no PUL.

I've never heard of any way to fix them. Sorry. Sounds like you got a lousy deal.
