washing cloth diapers in a laundry room

I used cloth on both my boys for atleast 1-2 years each. I loved it! This time around we will be living in an apartment with a community laundry room that only has 2 washers & driers. I will also not have a place to line dry covers & things. Anyone have experience with this? I am feeling guilty, but I feel like I may not be able to do it this time.

For over a year I washed 1x a week at a laundromat. I had a stash of pf, fitteds, pockets & aios.

I only did 1 hot wash w/ allen's naturally detergent. I had a sprayer at home so poop went into the toilet & I drypailed.

I had a folding drying rack that I would put the covers & pocket outers on to dry.

If you have any specific questions feel free to pm me

When visiting my brother out of state I had to use a laundry room at their complex. I'm not going to lie, Its was a PITA. However, it can be done. I prewashed/rinsed everything by hand in the bathtub. Of course I took care of rinsing all poo diapers when they happened but still rinsed in the bathtub before wash time. The washers didn't offer a rinse cycle and I need one before my wash and I didn't want to spend the extra money on a cold wash/rinse. Then I hauled all them to the laundry room and dumped them in with a hot wash/rinse and then tossed my soap nuts bag in with them. After they were done I had to dry them twice in the dryer but their dryers were not the best. I like how PP had enough diapers to last a week so that can be a once a week chore!

I have hung my covers to dry on my shower rod (over the tub) many many times.

We just moved about a week ago, but but before that we were in a condo sharing a laundry room with 3 other tennants.

I used a diaper sprayer to spray off poo even though it was BF newborn poo, and then just threw them in the wash. The washer didnt have any options besides Hot/Warm/Cold.. no soak or anything, so I just washed them on hot and would also add a bit of vinegar. All my dipes washed up perfectly fine with no stains or stink.

Now I'm in a house with our own washer/dryer, but they are old and to be honest, even though they have more options, I think the ones at the condo did a better job
