I want to get dd2 (4 weeks old) a pacifier soon so we can all get more sleep at night, and I remember from dd1 the advice was to wait till they're about 6 weeks. I googled to see what the advice is these days and it said 'when breastfeeding is established.' How do you know when it's 'established?'

Also, when she starts to roll over, if she starts sleeping on her tummy (as dd1 did) will she be able to turn her head if she has one of those rubber pacifiers with a big handle on it? This is the one I plan to get: http://www.littleacornstomightyoaks.co.uk/pacifier.php
