I am looking for a DVD with a postnatal yoga session but not mommy and me. I would like to do it alone while baby is with daddy. I had a prenatal DVD and really liked it. I have been doing yoga for almost 10 years so I am not a beginner. Does anyone have a recommendation by any chance?
