Travel Friendly Foods & New Food Allergies

We've just found out my oldest daughter is allergic to cow dairy, peanuts, corn, and chocolate. She'll be off of those foods completely for the next 3 weeks. We'll be traveling next week, and typically eat fast food or at restaurants while traveling for meals which isn't going to work with her new diet restrictions. I'm looking for ideas for meals ideas that would work for the whole family and that would be easy to pack in the car. Ideally, I don't want to have to deal with a lot of stuff or any stuff that has to be cool, but that may not be an option. It seems like this should be easy to come up with, but I'm feeling stuck, and the only thing I can think of is Sunbutter and Jelly sanwiches and fruit.

I've had good luck with Outback Steakhouse and Red Robin while traveling (just make sure that the waiter knows your restrictions). We avoid dairy, gluten, soy, corn (and I avoid chocolate). Beef jerky. Rice cakes. I look to see where Whole Foods is on my trip (since that's another place to get a meal, and supplies) and Trader Joes (though we've had some cross contamination issues with them in the past). A lot of hotels offer refrigerators in rooms, sometimes for a nominal fee. For our 2-day trip down to FL at Christmastime, I got safe deli meat (again, you have to be careful with cross contamination on deli slicers too; ask for a clean one if you can). Kept it in a cooler. Also lots of fruits (apples, pears, bananas, clementines) and veggies (carrot sticks, celery sticks).
