Bring them on, ladies... all your tips for making your stinky diapers not stink anymore! I am using gdiapers with cloth refills, which is essentially a pocket diaper. I was ever day on hot with some of their recommended detergent (ecos free and clear). The diapers are in a dry pail til then. But they are already beginning to smell a bit, and I want to head it off if I can!

You can boil them if you're sure they can hold up to the heat or add a tablespoon of bleach with an extra rinse or two.

and make sure you're not using too much detergent. resist the impulse to put in "a bit extra" it won't make them any cleaner, just adds an unwanted residue.

I use tide and a bit of vinegar, I wash every other day and I've never had a problem with stinky dipes (pockets and prefolds)

Now my fleece covers on the other hand.. I noticed a few days ago they are starting to smell Anyone have tips on that??

Trisodium Phosphate-free from Home Depot, its in a box. Use 1 tsp and presto!

1 tablespoon bleach in your main hot wash.
