four days old and not a lot of milk...

On Sunday (3/21) I gave birth to my first daughter, third child. She began breastfeeding within an hour and everything was going great--or so I thought. But as of today (3/25) she is still losing weight rather than gaining (a total of a 14 oz. loss since birth) and I don't feel like my milk has come in fully. With both of my boys I was engorged by this point and they had started gaining weight. When I express with my hand white milk does come out, so I know I have more than just colostrum... but it doesn't feel like very much, you know? Should I be concerned, or does it really take this long for milk to come in fully sometimes?

my DD was born on the 8th
shes was 5lbs 7oz at birth
when released at 24 hours she was 5lbs 2oz
at her 1 week (8 days to be exact) she was 4lbs 14oz
as of yesterday (according to my home scale) at 2weeks and 2 days she was at 5lbs 6oz so right about back at birth weight..
I was told this is very normal that breastfed babies will typically regain birth weght at around 2 weeks and loosing some at first isn't all that uncommon.

Were both weights taken on the same scale?

Is she peeing and pooping?

I'd also add, has baby been seen by an IBCLC? Checked for tongue-tie and milk transfer?

Evie was 6-8 at birth, 6-3 at discharge, and 6-1 four days after birth at the ped. My milk came in with that really full feeling 5 days after birth, and she was 6-11 on day 7.
