Belly binding a year post partum?

Has anyone done this with results? I have a slight separation and am working on restoring my transverse abs. I also have flab from pre-pregnancy.

Yep, I started at 13 months PP last time, and while I only had an Ace bandage to do it with, it helped a lot!!! I didn't do it for long as I got pg again soon after but it really made me feel so much better and helped with my diastasis.
