Does ING still give a $25 bonus for opening an account?

IIRC, there used to be an offer that ING would give new customers $25 for opening an account with a referral from a current customer. The current customer would get $10 for giving the referral. Is this still valid?

If so, would someone mind sending me a referral? I'll take the first one to respond.
