I have been trying to follow the Brewer's diet, but really having trouble. For one, I have not had the best appetite and the amount of food seems overwhelming (although I'm sure I really need it!) and I don't know what to do with the food, so...

Who can share some yummy recipes they've found that follow the Brewer's diet? I'm dairy free, but can probably find substitutes for most things.

For some reason I've been having aversions to foods high in protein and its a real struggle and I was counting eggs for my protein before I started trying to follow this particular diet. Thanks for any help
