Any great recipes for breaded and fried liver? I've found breading and frying seems to be the easiest way for me to transition to new foods (how I learned to eat salmon) and I've tried sneaking liver in many times but never really enjoyed it. I'm planning to use chicken livers...Oh, and would you dip them in any sort of sauce once fried? [ETA: If bacon is involved, that is a plus for me!
