Mods, if this doesn't belong here please feel free to move it.

Franklingoose.com is running a promo until March 31st. Write a review and get $5 in store credit. Write one review and get $5, write 10 and get $50, etc. There is no limit on the number of reviews you can write, they're just asking that you only review products you own. You do have to sign-up to be able to review products. You can also go to their blog for more info.

They are backlogged right now so it may take a few days to get your credits. And they are encouraging people to wait 6 months+ before redeeming them. I think they're offering an additional 20% off if you do.

I just reviewed 10 items. I'm going to use my credits for Christmas presents!

I can't believe you don't have any responses! This is NOT a scam. I've seen pictures posted on diaperswappers of stuff people have gotten with their store credit. I currently have enough credits to get a dollhouse; just trying to figure out which one to buy.

I too have done some reviews! I just ordered a diaper bag and some diaper covers and have more credit to use toward Christmas presents

Their facebook page and blog are promoting this!!

Yeah! I'm glad the both of you were able to get some free things too. I'm a little surprised there weren't more responses too. I just figured everyone was excited by the prospect of freebies and was so busy writing reviews that they didn't have time to respond.

I just wonder how Franklin Goose is able to pay for all this?

According to their facebook page:

"Many people have asked why were are doing this. The answer is simple. We believe in our site. When we consider all the ways to let people know, we prefer to spend $500,000 on giving money to the people who need it in a creative way rather than to an ad agency for a series of magazine ads."

Can I just say how much I love this. Of course, I always support great companies advertising in Mothering Magazine but I totally heart the idea of getting great products into the hands of real people. I'm sure they'll have a lot of loyal customers after this.

What an awesome company. I got in on it pretty late and only got $30 of credit, but it's still totally great for them to do this.

this was truly a blessing for our family. I was able to stock up on some of hyland's first aid, some potty training supplies for dd, a tea set to use as a Christmas gift, a baby shower gift, and a teething necklace for dd. I'm so happy right now.

Are you kidding me? I completely missed this.

How long did it take them to get you the credit? Did they email you to notify you of the credit, or did you have to login to their website? I have a feeling I need to be more patient...

It took somewhere around 4 days to get mine (I got mine yesterday!!) and you just log in to your account and under the 'wishlist" box there will be a box showing your credits.

Anyone else having a hard time choosing between all the great items? lol I cant decide!!

I'm still impatiently waiting for my credits to show. I'll keep my fingers crossed though, as the reviews I did say 'pending approval'.
