11wks heavy bleeding and low lying placenta

I've had two boughts of very heavy bleeding (enough to fill a pad and two large clots). An u/s last night showed my placenta was low. I have to wait for an official u/s reading and indepth discussion with my mw on Monday. I'm surprised and concerned about the amount of bleeding. I believe my placenta will move up but feel reallybummed about having to restrict myself now.

Would love more info and btdt.

My best friend went through this, she ended up having complete placenta previa. She was put on peliv rest, not to lift over 10lbs, her placenta did move up and out of the way by 30-ish weeks. Her daughter is now 16 months! These stories can end well. Best of luck!
