Help with Ovulation Date. . .so confused!

Ok, so this is my first cycle using Ovidrel (trigger shot) and I am totally confused.

Monday I had my ultrasound that showed one mature follicle (possibly two) and I triggered Monday night, so according to the nurse I should have ovulated on Wednesday (36 hours later).

Well, come Wednesday my ovaries were in SO much pain (like they normally are when I ovulate) and I had all the signs of ovulation. EWCM a couple days before, major pains on wednesday and then thursday they felt much better.

Here's the problem. . my temps are still not showing that I ovulated. I expected it to go up again today but instead it went back down....Is this normal? could it be the medication or do you think I didn't really ovulate??

I thought the trigger shot was a sure thing and by the way my ovaries felt on wednesday I had no doubt that i was ovulating.

I got for a P4 blood test on Wednesday, but it is going to drive me crazy not knowing until then!

I have no experience with trigger shots....But just from your description and chart, my feeling is (1) it's too soon to really tell, unfortunately only some more temps will really show anything. But (2) IF you did O, you may be having a slow/fallback rise pattern. Hang in there and GL!
