Theo reads to me thee-oh. I think you would have to spell it Teo to get the other pronunciation, and even then I think it will probably be mispronounced a lot.

I meant the whole thing together was nice.

If you want "tay-oh" I think you'd have to spell it Teo. Theo is just going to be pronounced "thee-oh."

I feel like such a stalker but I've been checking this thread regularly to see what you decided. I was hoping for Theodore James. It flows really well. I love James as a middle name. Teo is also very original without being weird and suits a little baby and an adult.
