Could I be pregnant?

So, I know only a doctor can actually answer that, but here's my situation. My husband had a vasectomy a year ago, but never went back for his follow up and we can feel a bit of a lump around one of the cords where he was clipped (possibly regrowth?).
The past week I have been very nauseous, had lower back pain and constipation. I also noticed an increase in vaginal discharge, and a change in the odor (not bad, just different). Then the last two days I have been having uterine contractions just like I had after my daughter was born (she is 16 months now and still breastfeeding). These are nothing like the cramps I get when I have my period.
I got my period back when dd was 8months old, but it was off and on until Dec. It has been normal since then. 30 or 32 days I think, and then bleeding for about 5, and not really any cramps or anything. 30 days would have been yesterday and 32 days is tomorrow. I have taken a few pregnancy tests and they have all come back negative. I think I tested positive for dd 2 days after my missed period and it was very very faint.
My husband really doesn't want to have another baby, but, while I am happy with one a part of me has been hoping something would happen and we would have a second. I guess that is a whole other topic of discussion depending on the outcome of all this.
I'm just wondering what all you experienced mommas out there think? I am pretty young, 27, and have only one dd who is 16 months. Thanks in advance for any advice/support you guys can give.

Sure, you COULD be pregnant.

But in any case if he has a lump of any sort in his testicle he needs to be checked...

Yeah, we are getting that taken care of. It is not really a lump so much as the tube is slightly bigger at this point. I have read about the cells forming together and reconnecting the two cut pieces and we were wondering if that could be what we are feeling. He also says that since the vas he has felt a quick sharp pain there before orgasm, I'm not sure if that is at all normal or not. This is the first time he has told me this, but I am a bit concerned.
