Bowlie Weekender with toddler? pls read

I'm not sure how active this forum is, but I thought I would try. DH loves the band Belle and Sebastian and just read that they're doing a weekend concert at Butlins in (IIRC) Somerset in December. My husband really wants to go. We are from Chicago and our son will be 3.5 when this goes off. Is it crazy for us to try to attempt to take DS with us? If anyone can offer insight on taking a tot to a British festival, what Butlins is like in general and/or in December, etc etc--it would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

Is that an All Tomorrow's Parties festival? I know they are normally held at Butlins. I would imagine it would be imminently suitable for a toddler in that you stay in cabins, not in tents, & there will be kid friendly facilities on site left over from the normal Butlins stuff - a playground etc (I am guessing at that, I've never been to ATP or to Butlins). I'd take a toddler for sure. I've always seen kids at festivals I've been to - more at some festivals than others, naturally - but I think it's totally do able. I'm taking my 2 year old to Secret Garden Party this summer.
