best cover for fitteds?

wow i haven't had to post a question on here for a while. i am wondering what (besides a wool soaker- i need something she can wear under pants) cover works best over a fitted diaper? we have mostly thirsties duo wraps now, but i can't get it so that there isn't some cotton sticking out either at the leg or waist. are motherease covers good? i have some of their fitteds so i guess they would at least work with those. anything else? oh, i wanted to ask too what stores are carrying ME products? esp their organic fitteds. for some reason whenever i order from canada, my packages are a no show .

What fitteds have you got? Different fitteds work well under different covers. If they are ME onesize or Sandys they will only fit under ME covers and the airflow and rikki are both great--I like the fit of the rikki better but that's just my opinion.

I use Bummis Super Whisper Wraps with my fitteds, and we love them. I've only ever had a handful of leaks.

I personally love Bummis and Flip covers!

Imse Vimse have been really good at covering every diaper I have - and I have probably a dozen different brands of fitteds. The only dipe that the IV can't cover is the Disana tie nappy, which has to have shorts or pants over it because it comes so far down the thighs.

For OS dipes, you have to size up to get good coverage, but that'd be true for any brand.

When I want pants though I usually put him in fleece pants or longies, either of which acts as a cover. I only use the IV covers under one-piece suits.

Happy Heiny's is now making a cover that I LOVE, and works really well over Mother-Ease fitteds.

Dappi nylon pull-ons or Bummis whisper pants fit over fitteds, smoosh down under clothes to almost nothing, and are CHEAP and work GREAT--my favorite non-wool covers, hands down!

I am currently using Clovers with my LO. I have Bummis Super Snaps but found that the cut wasn't quite generous enough. I e-mailed Deanna at Precious Dignity to ask what she recommends. Other than her own wool covers, she recommends the Bummis Whisper Pant or the Stacinator So Simple Cover. If you're thinking of ordering the Bummis I would recommend looking at diaperjunction.com. They give sizing for waist, thigh and rise. They're $5.50 apiece. I wrote a review of one of their other products and was e-mailed a coupon code for free shipping. I can't actually vouch for the Bummis Pants yet since mine are currently in transit!

thanks, i hadnt even thought of a pull on cover. that might make changing the little wiggle worm a little easier. i can put the fitted on her then let her stand up and pull the cover on. lucy how are you liking the clovers? i'm trying to decide between more of those or more cricketts.
