On phone so can't quote properly but wanted to respond regarding time to yourself. As much as I didn't want to be apart from her it was hard work at times, not getting a break (no family to help and a very short napper). But the newborn period doesn't last long so you will get through it. If you have help then take iyt. Even with a newborn you can usually slope off for an hour to read the paper and have a coffee. Not quite tyhe same as a wild night out but to honest you probably won't have the energy for one!
