I usually dont bake muffins but for pre k we are doing a muffin theme week and thought we could make some muffins but need some TF style muffin recipes thanks

if you soak the oatmeal first do you drain the water then dry it out to cook later?

You really want to make soaked TF muffins for the public? (you get my thoughts on how bad it turns out for me)

I have given up on it and just make yummy muffins that aren't soaked as long as I don't eat them all the time. Just made some heavenly GF, soy free, egg free, dairy free, sugar free, blueberry muffins. Unsoaked though.

These are to die for. My kids love them too! If you scroll down to where it says "One Bowl Pumpkin Muffins, Healthy Recipe Remake", that's the recipe that I use. I use all sprouted flour too.
