My DD is intolerant of dairy, soy, wheat, eggs and all nuts and I don't eat these things so as to not pass them to her. Someone suggested nutritional yeast to me as a cheese substitute and I am wondering if it's a bad idea to try it if we are prone to yeast. We had thrush for weeks 2-8 of her life. DD and I both take a probiotic to keep the yeasties under control.

Will nutritional yeast increase the chances of it coming back? IS it the same kind of yeast?
